Booking Travel

Please book your flight to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) for Thursday, August 1 - Saturday August 3. The first activity on August 1 begins at 6:00 PM. Please book flight times accordingly. Departure flights can be flexible, as there are no scheduled activities on August 3. Please note that check out is at 11:00 AM.

Please book your flights through MyCWT using your American Express and following the HP Travel Policy.

Extended Stays

If you would like to request an extension of your stay, please reply to this email with your requested dates.
