If you haven’t already please be sure to book your flight for Thursday, August 1 - Saturday August 3. You will need your flight information in order to complete the registration form.

If you would like to request an extension of your stay, please reply to this email with your requested dates. Please note that room extensions are not part of the reward trip and will be at employee’s own expense. Room extensions are not guaranteed and are based on hotel availability.
